Our breakfast dishes are so popular that we are often asked for our recipes. We’re always happy to share. Here are some of our more popular ones.

Oh, so good. But then with a filling of cream cheese and cottage cheese with a raspberry topping, how can you go wrong? Far easier to make and less fussy than a traditional soufflé’ so don’t be intimidated.

Our blueberry cobbler is a guest favorite. We’ve reduced the sugar from the original recipe to make the blueberry flavor shine through.

These oatmeal cups have nuts, apples and raisins. Just pour milk over these and they become a hot, healthy oatmeal or take them to go like a muffin.

Our traditional Christmas breakfast, these crepes can be made with a blueberry or peach filling.

Our ham and cheese strata is surprisingly delicious. It’s also a great way to use up leftovers as there’s lots of room for substitutions.
