Our cottage rooms were originally roadside cabins built in the 1915’s when Route 1 was developed to bring tourists into Maine. They have all been completely gutted and remodeled. Most have vaulted ceilings and a knotty pine interior. Because they were remodeled over time, they vary in size and layout depending on when they were remodeled and where the bathroom was placed.

One Full Bed Cottage Room – Pet Free
These rooms are our most affordable. They have vaulted ceilings, a shared front porch and a bathroom with a shower.
One Queen Bed Cottage Room – Pet Friendly
These cottage rooms have a private back porch looking into the woods. They’re lovely with vaulted ceilings, pine interiors, and a bathroom with a shower.
One Queen Bed Cottage Room – Pet Free
These rooms have a private front porch, vaulted ceilings with a pine interior, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
One King Bed Cottage Room – Pet Free
This cottage room is the only one with a king bed. It has a dedicated parking spot, table and chairs and a bathroom with a shower.
Two Full Beds Cottage Room – Pet Friendly
These rooms were recently remodeled from the studs out. They have a pine interior, private front porch, table and chairs, and a full bathroom.
Family Suites – Pet Friendly
Our cottage suites have a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, an counter area with a sink, microwave and fridge. The front room has a queen futon, table and 4 chairs and there are two private porches.
Mobility Friendly Room
Our mobility friendly room has a dedicated parking spot, linoleum flooring, and grab bars in the bathroom
Handicap Accessible Room
Our handicap accessible room has a dedicated parking spot, a ramp from the parking to a private front porch. The bathroom has a roll-in shower with a seat, grab bars and a transfer area by the toilet, and an open sink area.
